☆Okay so this book is all about a great dangerous heist almost impossible. The main character of this amazing story is : The cold hearted and most feared gang leader in Katterdam ➡ Kaz Brecker
He is known for his ruthlessness and his deadly schemes .
Jan Van Eck a member of the Council comes to Brecker pleading his help .
A drug has been created by a man called Bo Yul-Bayur ( Jan Van Eck wants Kaz Brecker to retrieve this man from the Ice Court , the most fortified and secured place that not even an insanely drunk person would suggest to wander in .
Kaz Brecker accepts with the reward of 30 million kruge if successful.
Kaz Brecker knew that to accomplish this he would need a team ;

-A convict with a thirst of revenge-
-A sharpshooter who can't walk away from a wager-
-A runaway with a privileged past-
-A spy known as the Wraith-
-And a Heartrender using her magic to survive the slums-
-And a thief with a gift for unlikely escapes-

Really CLICHÉ.
Timid girl that has been oppressed her whole life has been forced to mary a war hero and he's strong, impulsive and gorgeous.
Love that the love interest is a POC HOWEVERRRRR not a fan of the Mary sue trope. Sorry not sorry. This wasn't a good read for me.
