I love to sing during storytime, and this one is great! Kids love making the animal noises.

This would be good in a cookie storytime, or one about math. Fun and you can feel the disappointment as the doorbell rings each time.

Love Steve Jenkins and Robin Page. I think it might get a little long for storytime, but the illustrations are great.

A quibble I'm sure others have thought of but...

shouldn't his shoes have turned purple from the blueberries, not blue? Red and blue mix together to make purple...

I have read this one so many times. A great winter story.

I love this series so much, and this is my favorite.

A great story about separation anxiety whether it be school, camp, or some other situation.

I understand that most people think this book is about sharing, and why it's important. Part of me also feels like it's saying 'sacrifice everything that makes you unique so you can fit in and be the same as everyone else.' I think there is room for both interpretations, so I certainly make sure I have it available, but it's not my favorite and I don't usually use it for storytime.

Super cute, and you can have the kids help you read it!
