Cute beginning chapter book!

I love the Scientist in the Field series and this one was no different. This book also hits close to home, because it takes place in Worcester, MA. I hope it will inspire people to look at the trees in our area and make sure they are not infested.

A retelling of "The Emperor's New Clothes" from many different perspectives.

Such a good book. Really made me think about what my family buys for food and how little time I spend on it. An excellent choice.

Love this series, and love this book just as much as the first one. I would recommend it for pirate lovers, and people just a bit too young for Jacky Faber.

I really enjoyed this one. I liked the different mythology aspect (selkies) and the way the family could save the day. It's a little typical, but for new fantasy readers (or those who want something a little different) it's a great read. And it has a Maine setting!

So good! I laughed quite often at these superhero comics. Superhero Girl fights ninjas and small crime while dealing with paying rent and her famous superhero brother, as well as an archnemisis. Recommended.
