A great new early chapter book series.

A lovely poetry book about summer at the beach.

A few convenient twists, but overall, a good book set in the swampy parts of Florida.

Eh. Ideal for young girls who want a hint of romance and love fairy tales. I probably would have loved it when I was younger, but felt like I was forcing myself to read it now.

A look at Hurricane Katrina through the eyes of a ten year old from the Ninth Ward. I teared up a little bit.

So not MSBA appropriate, but a very very good book. I laughed. Finn Easton is my new favorite teen male protagonist.

I liked this better than "Endangered", but it still wasn't my favorite cup of tea. I felt like I was slogging through it until about halfway through. I do really appreciated the end matter though, and it made me want to learn more about Gabon.

Why is there only one more book???
