Didn’t love this as much as book one but I feel like it might be my fault for not re-reading book one before going into this one.

I’m glad to be back in this world and see how everything is starting to play out though.

A great start to a series. I can’t wait for volume two to come out.

I loved this twist on the genre and it’s definitely what’s going to keep me coming back to it.

Sadly, had to dnf this one. I was already taking a leap with it as I don’t care for boxing. But, I just couldn’t get into this as the writing and the art weren’t working for me.

That being said I can really see people enjoying this. So, even though it’s not for me it could be for you.

Nadya’s adopted parents suck. I was so happy for her to end up where she did and have the life she did. I adored the world and hope we get to explore it again someday. The ending really sucked I think it’s the first book in the series where I fully felt like the character was being ripped away from their home.
