I could not put this book down. I flew through it in a matter of hours - oh my heart.
This is such a beautiful story. So much sadness, raw emotions, twists and turns. I loved every second of it. So much depth to the characters, so many layers. Honestly I don't know what else to say, this story broke me, and I loved it.

I didn't know what to expect when I started reading this book - it was in a ShelfLove crate and I hadn't heard of it before. But I am really glad that I have had the chance to read it.
I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about it in the first few chapters but the story really grew on me, it's a story of loss, perseverance, friendship and self-discovery. I felt inspired by the end of it. I really enjoyed it. If you are looking for a story to inspire you to take a step out of the digital world, and step into nature - this is for you.

Wild west meets dessert mages, a fast paced ride from start to finish. So much thought to the entire world, the stories, the secrets and the lies. I cannot wait to start the next book!
A great second book in the series, just as fun and mysterious as the first.

Really struggled to like the characters which was a shame. I really really wanted to enjoy this more.
A fantastic accompanying novel to the series, I loved being able to dive into James' diary and read of his time at Vocans! I also adore the illustrations of the demons!
I really enjoyed the anime so wanted to see how much the manga differed and honestly, there isn't much of a difference. Really enjoy the thrill ride that it takes you on.
