Emotional, impactful and non stop.

I cannot wait to delve into the sequel.

4.5 stars.

Wholesome romance, 0 spice - so if you're looking for that, this is not it. But it is a heartwarming, quick, easy read with loveable characters.

3/3.5

Cute storyline idea, however I found the characters to be bland and lacking dimension.

I enjoyed the idea behind it though, I just wish there had been more depth to everyone.

That twist at the end!

Cosy, wholesome and easy to read but for anyone wanting spice, this has none.

Hard to put down, fantastically written, fast paced.

If you're looking for a book that has 'Six of Crows' vibes - then this is for you.

3/3.5

This story really just wasn't for me. I was sent it in a Goldsboro sub and I'm unsure why they'd send the third book in a series out.... but it just wasn't for me. Very sad and I struggled to connect and like the main character. I understand that grief displays differently in everyone but she just seemed an unlikeable person throughout.

Heartbreaking, angsty, obsessive.

What a way to end a trilogy, I've been putting off reading this book for so long because I didn't want their story to end. And I am not disappointed.

A wild ride from start to finish, a trilogy I could get lost in again and again.

For anyone who loves twists and turns, magic, betrayal and romantic tension - try your hand in the City of Sin, it won't disappoint.

Emotional, beautiful and compelling.

I struggled to put this book down. I wasn't sure at first if this would be for me, as it seemed to be more historical fiction, but this story is written so beautifully and the magic so realistically, that I found myself immersed rapidly.

Whilst I do find the romance portion to be a little rushed, I can't help but find it compelling all the same.

This book had no right.

More emotional than it's previous installments, and so compelling. Couldn't put it down.

I am impatiently awaiting the next book!
