A very good debut, with a rollercoaster of suspense moments, twists and turns that will keep you on the edge. Told from various POV, it’s a story that goes from a young age of Lili and her friends/protectors until she’s 18. There are unexpected things happening and I am waiting for the second book to see where will the author take us with this heartbreaking story.

I really enjoyed this story of finding a new love and starting a new relationship while trying to live her life and own her job with all the requirements.
In comes her family and especially her sister who cares for her more than she knows and for whom the Christmas family day it's very special. With a snow day insight, she tries to get to her home through all the cancelled trains and busses.
An easy read, good writing and a lovely story.

I’m so sorry but I just couldn’t get into this story. From the first chapter I found it difficult to get invested and even I had to stop several times to understand what’s happening

When you discover a new to me author and start reading everything she writes because you get so hooked up on her characters, I always found it so interesting the way she does the secondary characters and more so when that character is the villain.
Hard Sin is the third book in the series and it’s not a stand-alone.
Tarquin “Candle” Scott is everything that you can expect from a great villain but you just can’t fall in love with him and his story. His heart was broken in the cruellest way and even after so many years of longing and despair, the heartbreaking story is not over. Just like in real life, this story has two beautiful souls that are meant to be together through all the hell that life is throwing in their path.
I need the next and final book to finally have my heart back and see that light at the end of the tunnel for him and his heroine.
Dark and haunting but so addictive, Candle’s story will steal your breath away.

Beautiful story about a second chance at life and love.
Really enjoyed it and need to read more books by the author

My first book by the author and although I found very intriguing the whole plot, there are things that I just couldn’t get over with throughout the book.
I’m always looking forward to a strong heroine , especially if she’s the villain in the story and her freedom of living her life as she wants in that times was a bit confusing for me with all the rules that the ton were setting up.
The chemistry between them wasn’t felt so strong as I expected unfortunately.
I’ll definitely read more books by the author and I know that some people will enjoy this book more than me for sure.

As I’m fast approaching the same age as our heroine, I’m really wondering if women are really thinking and acting like Maddie . It’s difficult to find oneself in nowadays times, especially when your child is taking his life in his hands and the husband that you thought you love is not there at all times as you would expect.
It was an interesting read but unfortunately not a memorable one for me.

As usual, the author doesn’t disappoint with a great love story. I highly recommend all of her books.

“Forgiveness isn’t really a decision. It’s threaded with love and trust.”
A story of second chance at a lost love after five years apart . It’s well written and I’ve read it in one sitting as it’s captivating.

I loved this book.
It was the perfect escape that I didn’t knew I need and I just couldn’t stop reading.
The writing and the mixed characters are adding so much to this great story.
It’s definitely a must read book for everyone.

Thanks to the publisher and the author for my review copy.
