Another great short story full of steamy moments, chemistry and a marriage of convenience turned into a real one with a well deserved happily ever after or at least happy for now. Same writing style, same fast-paced story with great characters. I would’ve liked to read it more like a full novel and get more backgrounds on both of them as well as their moments and different situations that they need to overcome together.

Amo Jones is always surprising me every single time with any new book.
Whether is a series or just a story, her words make you addicted to the characters and the words full of darkness and mindf**ing moments.
We all know how a circus holds a special kind of magic for anyone but she took it to another level and between deceit, suspense and twists managed to give us a love story that was meant to be even if fate or not, got in the way too many times over the years.
There are a few things that I can’t get over and that’s why the lower stars, otherwise it’s another magical story and can’t wait to read the next books in the series.

Same as the first book in the series, this story has everything from funny moments to heartbreak ones.
I enjoyed a bit more this one than the first book though. I laughed more and as Cade was always more of The King Buffoon was difficult to see him more serious but everyone has a different side of them to show when they want something really bad.
Let’s see what the next book brings on.

While I love reading historical romance books and the author is one of my favourites in the genre, this book felt a bit too short of everything for me.
It felt too easy and not that much suspense and angsty or even funny moments in big doses to keep my attention to much or to make it memorable.
Looking forward to other books though because I won’t give up reading anything by the author for sure.

So many mixed feelings about this book.
It’s my first book by the author so I didn’t knew what to expect and it took me a bit to finish it.
The story was fast paced and interesting overall, especially for the multicultural characters and the mixture of British society and American citizens that fall in love and show the nothing can stand up to love.
Unfortunately, I had to stop many times while reading it as I kinda lost interest but there were parts/ chapters that I couldn’t stop as well.
I’ll be reading other books by the author as I’m still intrigued by the writing.

Grief and trying to get over it and go on with one's life it's a hard topic for many people and all of us have our feelings and thoughts towards this subject.
After losing his wife and spending her last moments with her, Nick has to carry on with his life and tries to make a good deed towards his son as this notice will change he's just about to start another path in his life.
Living in a small town it's difficult to get away from the gossiping and judging of the people around his life and sometimes he can even shock them but that's what life is, to overcome everything and take that opportunity for a second chance at happiness when it appears.
Overall it's an interesting story that many people will enjoy.

If you love a slow burn love story between a sexy single dad and a librarian that has more heart and love to share than anyone around her, this book is definitely for you.
I enjoyed their banter, their moments together were filled with chemistry and suspense as well with awkward situations that you’ll either want to hug them or smack their heads.
There were a few moments that felt like dragging a bit for me and put me off but overall the book it’s great and I’m looking forward to more books by the author.

I was a bit confused by the story as for the most part I thought it’s romantic suspense or dark romance but it’s actually a thriller and a very good one for me.
It combines great characters and an old tale of Jack the Ripper with two love stories ended in murder. It is very steamy at times and maybe predictable for a big part of the story but it’s definitely not what it seems.
I was so sure that I had it all figured out until the last chapter when I felt like I was hit by a train and my thoughts couldn’t stop as I couldn’t stop saying “Nooooo this can’t happen!!!”
I can’t wait to read the final book although I’m a bit disappointed with the turn that the story took.
Definitely recommend it.

This story was funny and reliable at times but unfortunately wasn’t really for me. Something was missing or something was bothering me, can’t say exactly what but it was there.
Not sure if it’s because I had some problems with the narrator’s voice as in a bit either high pitch or just not making me feel invested into the story, I really don’t know.
Overall it’s an interesting story and I liked how real it felt as a woman at a similar age nowadays and what the society expect from us and how we can get to doubt Everything around us.

This book touches a few topics that many times we go over them unnoticed or we just don’t pay the attention it needs.
Astrid is trying to get her life on straight again after doing rehab and attempting to every AA meeting. There’s a past that won’t let her go on and it’s coming back to hunt her.
Dealing with alcohol addiction and e everything that comes from it from depression, withdrawal and fear of everything around her, on top of losing her ex-boyfriend, Astrid was pictured as a nice female character that deserves to overcome her addiction and find good life for her future.
It’s a good paced story overall but there are small things that kept me from giving 5 stars. The second part of the story has so many mixed twists and turns that makes your head spinning.
I enjoyed it and I’m looking forward to more books by the author.
