Ahhh I love this story so much and like usual, Tijan is writing a great heroine and a love story that grows over the story and within the pages .
Old and new characters are present in this instalment, at tomes I felt like watching a movie, that much invested I was because, Tijan has a way with words and the story building that leaves you speechless so many times.

Hard to love it’s a story hard not to love it!
As usual, a great storyteller, Willow gets under our skin with a very intense love story full of suspenseful moments that will keep you on the edge of your seat right from the first page.
Never a dull moment in this love story.

I haven’t read the first book but I do felt like I was missing something that important.
It’s a well written age gap story that has an interesting mix of characters and romance.
I was immersed in the story from the beginning because Molly it’s definitely a great heroine, a woman who is easy to relate to and her story can be of any friend of ours.
Nathan is a great man that loves his family and life but will still stand for himself to find his happiness with his choice of woman and not his daughter’s .
The secondary characters are pictured so well that I definitely want to read their story in the next instalment.
I’ll recommend this book to all my readers friends.

Definitely an intriguing story.
Going back and forward in a 40 years time, we discover many long forgotten and hidden secrets of the two old friends and colleagues.
Not everything is what it seems and with a few twists and turns, this book managed to keep me on the edge because I thought I knew what was happening or how it all finish but I was definitely wrong.

Thanks for the opportunity to read and review to the publisher, NetGalley and author.

And that’s why I don’t play games !
Just kidding but this psychological thriller is so worth your time.
How many secrets and hidden intentions a person can keep? How can one thing that the past it remains in the past and the new life that you perfectly created can’t be lost in a second by those lost secrets?
A great story overall with a few predictable twists but enjoyable nevertheless.

When i read the blurb i was all in because i wanted to see how this story unfolds.
Infertility or miscarriage is a difficult topic for every couple and every time i read about it, i am interested to see how the author touches the subject.
It's a pretty fast-paced read, with characters reliable and that could easily be some of our friends, a heartbreaking story when losing the only person that you love the most in this life makes you go to that extent to be willing to do whatever it takes to save and be with her. The writing was great, but the story itself felt a bit out of touch and my only complain because there're always a million other options to appeal to before selling your soul to the devil.

Thanks to the publisher, author and NetGalley for my copy.

3.5 stars
This story started so good and i was intrigued to discover all the secrets and mysteries that i was hopping will unfold throughout the pages.
Unfortunately, for me, it felt flat and i was really thinking if i should give up or carry on. Because i rarely DNF a book, i picked it up again and was glad to do it because the story takes a turn after the first half part and it gets more interesting.
What i liked the most is Grace and her willingness to find out the truth and don't wait for the police investigation to complete as they seem to found a dead end. The way she tries to carry on with her life after Nick disappears, all the dangerous situations and unveiling the secrets of his childhood, her inner thoughts and her love for her daughter.

I didn't like that there are too many day by day descriptions that just drag on and it feels like being put on the paper just to fill the space instead of adding another layer to the story.
The writing was good and overall it's a book that i will recommend.

A short story with three generations of women from the same family, their life and changes that occurred over the years or will happen.
Somlata is definitely my favourite as she wants to help her family and is looking forward to their future, overcoming her own inheritance and anxiety.
Boshon is the example of a nowadays carefree teenager that doesn't care for anything and anyone else but she and her behaviour is despicable at times.
Pishima is a widow that doesn't want to change her way of living or her inheritance.
It's definitely one of those stories that you want to read more about but at the same time, something else is missing.

An intriguing story for everything that this book touches.
A family with a lovely daughter that tries for a second child. All the hard moments they went through while trying for the first one as well. Depression in all it's forms, from the pre and postnatal one to the punches that life gives us unexpected while doing some routine checks and how we take for granted some things and the easy way we see everything around us if it doesn't touch us personally.
A story about alcohol and domestic abuse and how that affects marriage and future plans. So many turns that will keep you on the edge because this story it's real and touches real-life topics, some very hard to read at times and most of them will make you reconsider your life choices or be more aware of what really happens in other marriages.
Can't recommend this book enough.

4.5 stars towards 5 because it's really good
This book it's like watching a movie, a very good one, with such a great characters, a suspense that will keep you on the edge till the last page and a lot of twists and turns that you'll think you know it all, you got everything sorted out or feels predictable at times, but honestly it's not because the more you read, the suspense gets higher.
I liked the writing, the author has a gift of a great storyteller and the book overall it's very recommendable to any lover of suspense mystery crime and even the TV serials like Numbers because it has a lot of vibe from it and i just loved it.
