I honestly didn’t know what to expect from Claire Marta’s book. Well, if I were to be blunt, I must confess I’m ashamed with how low my expectations were. I was ready for a lukewarm paranormal story, with an amalgamate of fantastic creatures. I got Hell unleashed.
Is this book for anyone? Hell, no! If you’ve got triggers and peeves, don’t go near it. Is this book dark and twisted and unexpected? Hell yes! Is it fabulous? Double hell yes! Is it palatable? It depends on personal taste. It’s not for the faint-hearted, for sure.
Is this a romance? Not quite.
What is it then? A tale of abuse, of darkness, and a hero’s journey. The latter is what matters the most. Also a tale about family, friends, and enemies. A story of manipulation, lust, and courage. The dark, twisted and crude parts of it are not gratuitous, and that’s what makes the story remarkable. After all, the Devil himself is the star, and he can’t be anything but a wicked, perverted creature.
Mavi, the female lead, is a reminder that no matter how strong and determined we are, we always have our flaws, weaknesses and inner darkness that make us human. Is she a good girl? Never. Is she relatable? Always.
It’s a five star from me.
Bonus points for making Hell a freezing place.

Love it

A great mix of stories that will keep you entertained for long hours. I don't have a favourite story because each one is different in its own way with different characters, very reliable, with different beliefs and past stories from different times and countries.
Knowing that this is a cause to help in cancer research is even more gratifying when you buy this book and read it for the love of stories that will prove you once again the love is in everu=ything and everyone's heart.

I liked this book quite a lot.
I love the cover, very rare you see these kinds of beautiful covers.
As for the story is a very slow burn between two characters that are coming from different words,as she is an American and he is a Scottish man.

I liked her as she took her life in hands and make something to change it, to feel more complete and to find happiness and in order to do that she decided to move from America to Scotland. She has a great relationship with her friends and is a strong heroine.
The story between the two main characters felt a bit rushed, maybe i wanted more of their time together, as the chemistry and everything was there all the time and quite a great one, they are a perfect match.

Great story and writing overall.

This book is everything you want from Amo Jones.
Tillie and Nate are perfect for each other as in good ways and bad ways.
I can't even form a review to make justice to this book because I've finished it a few days ago and still can't stop thinking of this story.
It has everything, so much angst and pain that my heart broke in a million pieces so many times for each of them, there are so many layers to this story that i finished it in one sitting and still could not believe what i was reading, what was happening and i had my heart in my trough all the time because when something good happened, there comes another twist and turn to this story that was even more genius from the author, because that's what Amo jones does with her stories.
I hate what she did to my heart and how i feel after reading this crazy but amazing story, but love every single word of it and even if i hate the cliffhanger, i am waiting impatiently for the next part of this story that won't be forgotten ever for sure, just like those stories that stick with you for life.

New great story by this author that i found in the last 5 months and love her words.
New world, new characters and new stories.
Fleeting is the first book that follows the story of very different characters, Presley and Keaton.
Talk about opposite attract. These two couldn't be more different and many times i was wondering if they will really end up together but as usual, the author has made a great job with this love story.
There are many laughs out loud moments, a family and friendship display that i for one envy, i love all those moments full of sweet romance and also the intensity of some suspense ones, that kept me not wanting to put the book down till i found out what happened.
Keaton seems so real, so shy and i would love to have a friend like him, he is caring and always thinks about the others first, i loved how he stumbles in front of her because she is the one who cracks the walls that he builds around his heart after a break up that he was left without much to look forward, with the feeling that he could not trust anyone anymore with his heart and dreams.
Presley is a firework, a free bird that flies away till she can feel safe and nothing will stop her, i just love her so much. She stands her ground for what she wants and she gets unsettled when her heart makes her doubt her feelings about the future and what she wants from her life.
Will they get to overcome their past and insecurities for a future together? Read it to see it for yourself.

Be still my heart!
This book is so much more than you can expect from a love story between a bodyguard and a redhead woman that i just love together and to say that i don't know who to choose as my favourite from these books and characters it's the hardest thing to do really.
The story carries on from the previous book when we met Genevieve as Calandra's personal assistant and Sawyer is one of the Luna and Associates security firm.
As always, the author has created a story where the former military men are in charge always and taking care of the woman in their life as well of the people around them is their to go every day in every situation.
When a dinner invitation goes wrong and unexpected situation comes up, almost everyone is there to help and protect, like a big family that will always protect and help.
Sawyer is swoony, he's s much of alpha as he is attentive and protector of the woman who messed his world with just a smile. He loves what he does and what he becomes and hates his inheritance.
Genevieve had a hard life and when she is in front of him, she's messy and never stops talking. But she is also strong and goes toe to toe with him for what she wants and what she believes
I loved that we get to see more of the other characters that are always there and my God, Talon made me laugh so hard that i will reread for the 5th time his book for sure.
There are some new faces, new characters that hopefully will have their books as well in the future because OMG that Preston guy !!! And Trigger !!!!
A story full of action, suspense, lust and love, exactly what you need and want from a great book.

4.5 stars
I binge read this series and now that I’ve finished book 3 I need the next and final book right now so I can have answers to all the questions that are going to be in my mind for a long time from now on and I am not a very patient person when it comes to books and characters that are challenging me, my brain or my emotions and my heart.
The first thing that I have to say about this author is that I loved the writing because I kinda read Always in less time than I usually read and that's very rare. It's a world created by the author that will keep you glued to your Kindle because all the scenes and actions are very well written and you just want to know more and forget what’d going on around you.
I loved that we get to know more about Brax as he is older and growing up so nicely, a more mature man with a strength that only a few people are capable of even admitting what they want in life and how much they will fight for it.
She has to choose and, as in real life, there is no option without sacrifice, so we have to wait and see what happens next and how everything will unfold for these great characters.

Van is the fifth book in the series and the first that I've read but i had no problem with it as it could be read as a standalone book.
I do want to read the other books in the series though as i liked the side characters and i know they have their own books.
Van is a nickname for Vince, a multitasking man that has to work with a beautiful woman, Olivia, a single mom and designer. There are sparks between them from the beginning and the way that Van is acting and respecting her wishes and desires is so swooned worth the slow burn from this book.
It's hard to overcome some past mistakes and you will always try to build a wall around your heart if you suffered but Van proves himself the time and worth of breaking that wall piece by piece and Olivia will give in because she starts to see that a second chance at real is possible even when you are a single mother.
Loved everything in this book and will recommend to all my book friends.

Be still my foolish heart!
That's the only thing that i can think about after reading this book. Nothing more amazing than another great book by Sierra Simone that will get you in a world of paganism rituals that friends from childhood are bringing back in an old chapel.
It's a new world that the author creates with her specific mark on every character and a blend of them that will keep you on the edge of the seat with every page turned and every scene that will reveal in front of your eyes and will bloom like a rose.
It's a very slow burn because it's the first book in this 4 books series and we get to know a bit of every character, from the time when they were children and spend the summer holidays together till the time when they will meet again.
The characters names are just great and perfect for each one of them. The pagans sacrifices and rituals that the author is introducing in this series is just wow because i for one have learned more than i wanted to read before this book.
Even if it's a cliffhanger, i am more than ready to read the other books and it might be just the best series from this year for me and the most anticipated.

Loved this book from the first page till the end.
Guilt and remorse are very painful feelings but somehow, sometimes we get over everything when a special person comes along in our life when less expected and turns everything upside down.
It started with such a rollercoaster of events that i was like wow what am i really reading here? But kept reading it till the end because it's a great story with a lot of laughs out loud moments that had me in tears of laughter actually and so many suspense moments that i didn't know how it would end because the scenes described are so real and raw that you feel like you're in there with the characters.

when you're on the run you can't trust anybody but at the end you're human and have needs and desires so when Izzy and Kingston aka King met, a friendship starts but they both are building this relationship based on lies.
Read it for yourself to see how two people from different words are brought together against all odds and love will find a way in their hearts.
