Another angsty romance from an author that it’s known to break your heart in millions pieces and put it back with a beautiful happily ever after.
By the end of the first book, I was thinking that there were so many small pieces that didn’t add up at all.
The second book brings up into the light almost all the buried secrets along with the crashed plane.
And this final instalment surely lived up to the anticipation.

The previous book, Lie beside me, was the only one that I’ve read in this series, so I was looking forward to see where the author will take detective Jonah next.
I enjoyed Little sister much more. Yes, it's harder to digest some topics touched in this instalment, especially since it talks about children's abuse and crimes with twists that left me speechless.
The games played by Keely kept me on the edge throughout the book. It was surreal how she played it all so easy and unaffected.
I can't say I got to like any of the characters, unless you count Jonah.
Thrilling and engaging, the story deals with difficult topics but it's a must read novel.

Into the dark was a compelling book overall. I can't say that I liked any of the characters. Their actions speak louder than words. It all felt a bit too extreme.
It's riveting in parts, with some character oddities that were fascinating to see evolve in certain scenes. Wealth and thirst will change a person in a few days, and this group has revealed to be the worst-case scenario for it.

I forgot how good the author’s books are!
And my moods definitely had a big impact in my reading plans.
This was perfection and Reyna is probably my favourite heroine.

I was grabbed from the first sentence to the end. A young couple starts a new life away from the city temptations and their toxic families.
In the beautiful French countryside, not everything is so quiet as it looks like.
A turn of unexpected events will change that in a matter of moments. Gabriel is fighting with everything that comes on his way to his wife’s life. In his haste to find her, everything comes down to his new dog. If it wasn't for Foxy, none of these have happened.
Slowly, burden secrets are coming out to light. There are quite a few turns I haven't seen coming my way, and the hospital scenes kept me guessing even more.
It really made me question about why would her husband do everything for her the way he did and not even a second will he stop and think that this is not right. I think this part is stuck with me forever.
Her sister was an interesting character and the final twist was perfect to set this story as a must read suspense.

One of my favourite tropes is second chance romance. Add in an enemies to lovers and I’m all set up for the night.
Maia and Gatsby still have a sparking reaction towards each other. After years apart and so many difficulties, their paths crossed again. She wants revenge, and he wants her back.
There’s a lot going on here. That push and pull magnetic chemistry is so on point. Their interaction makes for some hilarious scenes and their love is nice.
As we get the full disclosure of what happens years ago, I found it a bit too easy for him to get back into her good graces, but that’s just me.

No more words set the bar quite high for me in this trilogy.
No more lies lived up to every single expectation.
I loved the suspenseful moments and how so many secrets and truths are discovered in the end.
The characters are so well fleshed out that I felt like being next to them and even interacting with some of these fictional people. I think it's just a gift of the author to make you feel so intrigued and invested in a story that you forget about reality and immerse yourself in a great fictional world.
There are some quite unexpected twists that I haven't seen coming my way.
And the final chapter? That left me reeling from all the race pounding suspense. I can't wait to see where the author will take this story in the next and final instalment.
Suspenseful and intriguing from start to finish, No more lies is a must read story.

I have no words to describe how I feel after reading this book. I love this fictional “imperfect” family because each one of them is perfectly perfect in their own way.
So many characters and interaction and love pour out of this book. One thing that remains untainted is the personal mark of the author’s writing. I think I would never get over it and wouldn’t want to lose it either.
Through so much pain and heartbreak, she always shows that love wins, no matter what.
The support these characters have from the other members of the family is amazing and there are quite a few hilarious scenes.
Oh, and the chemistry between them? Catches fire with a small spark in seconds.
A must read romance story.

From the second I’ve skimmed through the book description, I knew I want to read this book asap.
There's so much going on in this suspenseful story.
Great characters development with the different social class groups they come from and clashed in a world of riches. Lots of mystery and murders with a few twists, and, above all, a fast-growing romance story that had me cheering for it from start to finish.
I hope we will get more in the future from these characters or the world.
On the edge was an amazing story and the start of a new series.
