I love going back to Green Valley and this story was just perfect for falling back into a comfort zone with great characters and a romance that will warm your heart.

Hard to get or working for it, that’s how I would call the first part of the story because while I was rooting out for both of them from the beginning, I really felt that she might’ve played hard to get and make him work more, which he really did, a lot actually.

The podcast idea was a fresh element in the small town type of story and I really enjoyed the banter and their dates relates. Great secondary characters as well.

I really enjoyed this story and I would recommend it to all the romance lovers out there.

I love romance, and this book was just the perfect escape at the right time.

Starting off with a “meet-cute scene”, a disaster day for Franny and maybe for Hayes as well, but one that will be a fake relationship becoming a genuine love story.

I loved the friendship between Franny and Cleo and Lola and, on the other side, Hayes and Eleanor.

Told in both pov, the story delves interestingly into both main character’s inner thoughts in certain scenes and also brings out parts of their past or dreams for the future.

Beautiful New York was presented in a way that it just makes me want it even more to visit and that rather sooner than later.

If you want to fulfil any romantic heart, this book is definitely the choice.

I loved this book so much. I’ve read the previous books in the series and was looking forward to see where the author will take Kate’s character and her strong but also vulnerable heart and mind. And what a ride! So many twists, so many turns, so many more dead ends and intriguing puzzles that made me question myself if we ever going to get an end to the story because as the bodies would pile up, so the secrets and mismatched clues.

Brilliantly done and such an addictive story.

The story is intriguing as it is disturbing overall.
A night of party and drinking resume in a missing girl and everyone is making assumptions of what happened and why maybe she run away from her life.
A search party is set up, but soon we discover that there are so many secrets and not everyone wants them to be discovered. Being a Romanian myself, it was interesting to read about the Romanian family and their boy that made some appearances throughout the story.
The story is told in multiple voices and the author has done a great job of making them heard. Overall, it was easy to track who is who and what’s happening even if t the beginning I was confused. But I’m assuming it’s like any other story where it takes a while for all the characters to be introduced in a story.
Quite a few turns along the way in the investigation part and while I had my doubts and theories, everything unfolded nicely in the end.
I found some comments quite hurtful because of some characters traits and showing their true face regarding discrimination and hate.
Overall i think it was an interesting story that many lovers of the genre will enjoy.

This is the third and final book in The collectors trilogy.
It delves more into what Emerson had gone through and how much his father’s actions made him the way he is today.
Same level of steamy scenes from the author I will never see a paint brush the same way to be honest .

There are a few things that I didn’t enjoy or felt a bit over the top or even added just because it went well for the story to carry on but for me it felt like stalling a lot and some repetitions put me off at times.
Overall is a good dark romance with interesting characters and storyline.

Arc review

I enjoy this second book in Letty Portman series but I did loved more the first one.
It’s told in the same fast pace suspenseful story with quite a few loose ends that will come together before the final page. I think it’s a bit too much the fact that Letty is overthinking her value and what she deserves and in a way it’s understandable with her past. But I also think that the with has done a great job in showing her vulnerability and how real her feelings are , even in the most intimate moments with Tony.
I’ll definitely be reading more from the author in the future.

I enjoyed this story quite a lot. The fast pace scenes made me want to know what’s happening next and if his father in law is actually alive or not. Bourne mention made me laugh but I’m a good way.

This story is so entertaining and hilarious and interesting at the same time. I love that it's set in Brighton, aka my home. And the mix of characters was perfectly thought. Who thought that a governess will bring a courtroom man on his knees while he’s learning to cook and she’s trying to get away with her lifetime lie about a fake fiancé, and pirate at that?

Fake relationship is really my jam, and this story has everything I was looking for in a historical romance. Commoners characters with normal jobs, a very steamy chemistry that catches fire every time these two interact and a love story that will never cannot fulfil a romantic heart

3.5 cheesy stars

I enjoyed the friendship and so many cheesy puns and push and pulls in the story. But somehow it felt really flat for me. Maybe because they were childhood friends and there wasn’t much to discover in each other as they practically knew everything about one another.
It does make me want to try out some other types of cheese but unfortunately that’s the most memorable take for me from this story.

A brush with love is available now.

It was an interesting story with characters that left me wanting more. Including a stem heroine is what most people are looking forward in romance books nowadays and I will always look that up.

I liked how the author has made Harper so real, with her anxiety and post trauma stress and how many times people who have to live with it daily can’t always cope well. The realisation of needing help for therapy from both of them was nicely done and maybe it brought a bit more awareness that there's always help available when needed.

A kiss is sometimes the only thing that's needed for a relationship to turn into a happily ever after. Their banter and inner voices kept a smile on my face throughout the story, and it was just nice to read something so lighthearted.
