I love romance, and this book was just the perfect escape at the right time.

Starting off with a “meet-cute scene”, a disaster day for Franny and maybe for Hayes as well, but one that will be a fake relationship becoming a genuine love story.

I loved the friendship between Franny and Cleo and Lola and, on the other side, Hayes and Eleanor.

Told in both pov, the story delves interestingly into both main character’s inner thoughts in certain scenes and also brings out parts of their past or dreams for the future.

Beautiful New York was presented in a way that it just makes me want it even more to visit and that rather sooner than later.

If you want to fulfil any romantic heart, this book is definitely the choice.
