Hot for the principal is a debut novel from a great bookstagrammer.
I loved the characters and how she depicted them in all their situations , as enemies, as friends, as lovers.
I loved the heartbreaking moments where there are touched a few hard topic and somehow still taboo or passed over unfortunately as mental health especially at a younger age.
The steam is high on the page and when I say high I mean HIGH, pure fire.
Lovely romance overall and I’m looking forward to read more in the future.

Every time I pick up a book by J Saman I know I’m in for a treat. This series has everything that I love in a romance story.
A grumpy hero that gets struck by Cupid’s arrow when least expected, his teenage daughter that brings along all the challenges of her age and a heroine that is nothing like I was expecting. And I loved them together so much.
The chemistry, the banter and everything in between was just perfectly crafted to build a great romance that crossed a few bridges in its way.
Looking forward to read more in this series!

The Curfew is available now and what an amazing story.
I’ve read all the author's books now and every time I finish a new one I’ll decide that “this is my favourite so far”, and it really is. The twists and unexpected turns in “The curfew” left me spiralling because I didn't expect that at all.
How far would a family member would go to protect his own children? I thought I had this one all sorted, but I was wrong. It's so beautifully done and the real life pressure on teenagers from society and social media plays a big part in here. And I’ll be honest, I'm not looking forward to those times for my kids, although it's fast approaching.
I cheered up on Andy to find the truth and his actions as a parent were an on point at all times. I would totally do and feel the same as he did.
Another marvellous story full of adrenaline rush and so many unpredictable twists.

When one of your favourite authors is doing a crossover character in her latest book, you surely can't wait to read it, especially since those characters are your most loved ones.

I haven’t read all the books in this series, but I love them .
Apart from the beautiful setting that is London and the tied in underground stations names in the titles, I really enjoyed knowing these opposites attract characters. More so as there’s a mixture of culture as the hero is British and the heroine American.
Their first interaction made me swoon, and I couldn’t stop reading until the last page. I loved their banter and how the lines from the office romance blurred while both realised they want more from each other. The chemistry between these two was so on point and steamy parts were hot and done very well.
Looking forward to read more from this series and I want to go back and read the other 2 books that I didn’t have time to finish.
If you’re looking for a great story, check this one out.

This book is just amazingly done. I haven't read the first book in the series but now i really want to do it, because i need to read more about the main character and how everything started.
This story is much more than a usual mystery crime book, it has much more deep and there are so many paragraphs that i have highlighted because i'm a big fan of crime stories but haven't found any that kept me so invested like this one.
The mix of characters with the magical spell the sea has over any seaside town that lives from it, it made even dreaming about visiting and maybe living in a similar one.
The mysteries and secrets, the investigation procedure and the character's personal life entwined with the professional one adds up for a favourite series and new author to follow in the future.

I enjoy the gentleman’s dialogue more than I thought I would and while I found some of them to be real rakes in what’s expected from their behaviour and even thoughts; I love a great redemption in any way that comes with the story.
An ultimatum makes Kieran looking for an unthinkable friendship between such opposite characters and I loved how the author has paired him with Celeste. She’s the perfect heroine in everyone’s eyes, spotless in every aspect. But she’s craving much more from her life and he will trade everything he knows for a suitable wife as his father is requesting.
Their adventure is really interesting, and the chemistry between them is felt on the page at all times. The sizzling and steamy scenes are pure fire and what a way to discover one’s desires.
A beautiful romance story with great characters and a love that catches fire with just a glance over the shoulder.

I cannot find words to express the chilling reactions and goosebumps that I got while reading this novel.
The beautiful setting is one of the best in the world and I can only travel with my eyes on a screen while searching for online pictures. I was reminded that there are so many places in this life that just take your breath away, and the author has a gift of putting them into phrases.
I cheered for Cecily to discover a way out towards her aim, even if the danger was moving closer to her with each step she took forward. All her emotions and reactions felt like mines.
This is a beautiful and heartbreaking story about keeping going, even at your lowest point, and fight for your dreams and life.

This story is so raw and beautiful and touching. After these two years of pandemic and so many changes, the story really makes you stop and rethink everything around us.
The family we love, the friends we make, the environment we live in, whether it is a big city or a small town, each person who we get in contact with every day, they all count.
I must admit that I had to read this book in a few episodes because it made me sad but also filled out my heart with the passages that really touched me.
I would probably recommend this story to anyone that needs a touch raw reality and how we many times forget what humanity means.

I’ve only read one other book by the author previously, but the only thing that comes to mind now it's that this story is out of this world. I'm a huge fan of thrillers and there are so many out there none in the latest years can compare to Dark Horse.
The writing took me on another level of being captivate of the story with each page turned and scenes.
I just felt like being there in the front row of all the action and sometimes watching a human robot taking down a whole cartel. Yes, it sounds unbelievable, but the author has a gift with words that makes it believable whether you want it.
I loved how while Evan is like a machine, his feelings are always in balance because trying to be good and do good in front of his personal life and believes. But he's also fighting the challenges of his job is not always an easy task, and that's what makes him more human and the touch of reality was just on point.
If you're looking for a full-time adrenaline rush story, read this book now. I loved it and can't wait to see where the next books takes me on this crazy ride.
