Funny, smart and easy going story, with many laugh out loud moments and heart warming scenes, this book was a fresh breath of air and a must read for all the romance lovers.
Beautiful settings, a mix between The Unhoneymooners and any other recent office romance stories, this book will keep you invested from the beginning to the end.

Fable by Adrienne Young is available now in the UK
If you follow me, you’ll know that I do read many fantasy books but I’m so grateful to the publisher for this review copy because it’s one of my favourite books of the year.
There’s no such thing as the perfect hero or heroine but the author has managed to draw me in this story from the first chapter to the last and to love the main characters so much. She has flaws and insecurities, she’s scared and young, but she’s also strong and driven to work out her way into the life she was thrown in.
It’s a magical story that will spread her spell on you throughout the pages and keep you waiting on the edge for the next books in the series because the adventure has just begun.
I can not recommend it enough.

Very grateful to the publisher Titan Books for my review copy

A beautiful love story full of interesting characters and the road to romance with all the highs and downs that a couple needs to work through until they’ll find that happily ever after.
In the beginning, I thought this is going to be a retelling of Me before you, but while there are a few similar choices, nothing else is the same.
I enjoyed how Whitney gave up to now and went for accomplishing her dreams and desires.
The side characters are adding so much to this story and I need to read some of their books because I have a feeling it will be as good as this one.

arc review

This is one of those times when I find it difficult to write a review. And that’s because I still have so many mixed feelings.

It starts slowly, with the main and side characters that will show their true colours from the beginning and it’s easy to keep up with everything they do.

Now, the second part of the book was definitely a page-turner. All the suspense is starting to build up, and there are quite a few unexpected twists along the way.

I liked Julia and her character grew up on me over the chapters, especially since we get to read her side of the story. It’s difficult for a woman to try to make a name for herself in a men’s world, especially in one where they think nothing can touch them and the narcissistic personality is showing up with every action taken.

But, somehow, I wasn’t really sold on me too or all men’s are bad and act accordingly, only because I work in the medical field and see this behaviour every day but while there are always bad apples in any department, I find it hard to believe that everyone is the same.

Thank you NetGalley and Bookouture for my review copy.

I love a good suspenseful book and if you add a romance side story within the pages, I’m always up for it. Lilah is an interesting and amazing heroine that you want to be her friend in good and bad moments. Kane is the dark knight that will do everything to protect his family but his heart was always hers. Their story is a very bumpy ride but so worth it.
A must read series.

4.5 stars Unsolved and mysterious cases, interconnected murders and two families that aren’t exactly what they pretend to be, in this second book of Lilah Love series, I found myself immersed into a world that I have no idea how everything will be unveiled and solved. There are so many layers and secrets to be discovered, so many unpredictable twists that kept me guessing throughout the book from the beginning to the end. And of course, I love the romance side story and Kane is that hero that you hate but fall in love with even if he plays a villain part. Another cliffy end as this is a 4 books series but I enjoyed it even if I hate cliffhangers.

Five little words by Jackie Walsh is available now, and it's a great mystery story.

Moving in an unfamiliar place, new small town and having a baby, it’s staggering for anyone, especially when you don’t know anybody around but your husband and his family.

She started to receive mysterious cards in the mail along with the usual congratulations for the newborn baby and those are a bit intriguing because they incriminate her new husband, the one she thinks she knows so well but, like most of the people, there are so many secrets and untold stories that sometimes people keep to themselves.

Battling between what ifs and a intruding mother-in-law, our heroine has a few secrets of her own as well and the only person that she’s close with it’s her sister but she’s not of much help actually and I find a bit unnecessary her adding because it’s not adding much to the story in my opinion as the heroine goes in blind and with her intuition about to solve the mysteries.

It’s twisted and many turns are predictable, but it also has some great interesting moments that many lovers of the genre will enjoy.

In a small and ethereal countryside setting, this story will give you hope for a romance that is written in the stars.
After a bad break up and trying to sort out some parts of her life, Evie takes the opportunity to rent and run out the bookshop that later on will change her life and mind forever.
While it looks like an instant love and all the insecurities and emotions were out on the page, I couldn’t put my finger on some parts of the story. Maybe because everything happened so quickly and in a span of the time, next thing you know they are both in love and she decided to change her life like 180 degrees.
Overall it’s a great romance that many lovers of the genre will enjoy.

Lilah Love is back in the fifth instalment of this series and what a great way to find myself back in this world. There are so many twists and turns here, even more questions than before and the suspense it’s just edge of the seat. While some loose ends are being tied up, there are so secrets that come to life, one by one, from her past and more so, about that awful experience when everything started. Addictive end game that will have a resolution in the next and final book, a story that I’m so intrigued and looking forward to reading.

This was my first book by the author and it won’t be my last for sure.
From the cover only, I knew I’ll be in a good company with these characters and their love story.
I enjoyed the banter and heartbreaking moments but also the humour and suspense scenes.
It’s a great story about grief and young love and how everything goes on after a heartbreaking past.
Quite an entertaining book.
