It’s my third book by the author and while the first one was steamy and engaging, the second was like dipping your toes in hot water or better said wtf is going on here, this third book was so good in many moments but also a bit different from what I was expecting in other scenes.
Full of predictable secrets but some very interesting and intriguing turns of events as well.
There are so many twists and turns that I couldn’t stop reading even if I wanted because I needed to know what is actually happening? Who are these characters? Why are they playing this psychological game so twisted and how will everything unfold because it definitely was a rollercoaster ride.

Was I shocked by some of the wicked acts?
Definitely
Have I predicted the resolution?
Nope
Am I recommending this story?
Yes
Go in blind but don’t trust anything.

I was left speechless by this book honestly. There’s no way I would’ve expect anything like that crazy addictive scenes in here and it really made me think of who would stand by me through hell and hot water because there are so few people you can truly rely on in this life. And no, I’m not planning to bury any body in the future

Elijah and Holly are that perfect couple that you don’t just like but love wholeheartedly. All the suspenseful moments, all the heartbreaking twists and especially their love for each other, everything adds up to a great trilogy that I absolutely loved.

Pirates romance anyone? Damn, this story is something else.
Dark, twisted and steamy romance with a huge alpha Hero and a heroine that , while she’s trying to escape his, she proves her strength in more ways than others.
I’m really looking forward to the next book because that cliffhanger is just unexpected and my theories have taken way too much space in my head

This series is getting better and better with each new book. And it’s definitely one of my favourite series ever.
Shades of the past are growing bigger and darker than before, the conclusion is starting to take shape and so it’s Lilah and Kane’s love story.
Nothing is as it seems and there are still so many hidden secrets and twists to discover.
Something reminds me of The Mentalist tv series and I might just binge watch it.

I loved everything about this story, from the sassy heroine that wants to follow her dreams to the sweetest hero ever and their love story. Full of chemistry from the first time they met , great banter and some steamy scenes, this is a must read book for all the romance lovers.

I loved this book. It’s been a while since I’ve read a contemporary romance that ticked off all my boxes for a must read story.

The other mothers is my first book in the series and what a great story to start with.
I enjoyed this psychological thriller from the beginning to the last page.
I had so many theories throughout the story and I knew there was something off with the family but never have I thought about that twist at the end.
Jo Fournier was an interesting character, a challenging one with her own personal story and past intertwined with the case on hand and I loved how the author made her strong but at the same time caring and we got to see her insecurities and how the case is affecting her in so many ways.
Fast paced, great characters and a very twisty must read story.
