3.75 - I think I need to read the physical copy of this in order to get more out of it. I loved the story line, but found I kept loosing focus on the audio.
I love that this book exists. I think it is fantastic for it's intended audience, which is not me unfortunately. While I love YA, occasionally I will read a YA book, and know I am just a little too 'old' (for lack of a better term, I don't think you can ever be too old for any genre) for it. I do however, want this in my classroom.

This took me forever to get through - not because it wasn't interesting, because it had it's moments, I just do not know enough historical specifics to really appreciate this book. It's like a more globally based Forrest Gump, the character being inserted into prolific historical moments - which I think was not as easy to follow on audio as it would have been in print.
