This book was a little longer than it needed to be. Robin Williams was great! However, it seemed to go on and on and lost my attention several times. It picked up towards the end tho and I learned a lot about his life and all of the dynamics that affected him.
Wow, what a story! This read more like a historical fiction novel, made me feel so sad that people actually live like this. It also made me feel incredibly grateful for all I had growing up. After reading this memoir, I then googled the author and read up on her a bit.
I like this book better than the first one in the series, which is a welcomed change. It was easy to watch Hallie and Jack fall for each other while trying NOT to do so. A fun read with some spicy scenes and adult themes.
Man this book gave me all the memories. The songs mentioned in the book, the timeline, the innocence, it was all just perfect! It was corny at times, but aren’t first loves a little corny?
I’ve always loved Geena Davis - read: Beetlejuice & A League of Their Own ♥️♥️♥️ But I don’t think I realized what a badass she is! I like memoirs, I like her, and I loved learning more about her. She’s funny, down to earth, wants to move mountains, and I am here for it!
I stayed up far too late reading this book. It was wonderful! So well written. Pulled on all the heartstrings, so much so that my eyes leaked tears through an entire section! This was a beautiful historical fiction book that I will recommend to all.
This book was adorable! It reminded me a lot of Vera Wong’s Unsolicited Advice for Murderers. The characters were relatable and likable and the plot was fun.
I didn’t love the final book in the Beartown series. It was a little longer than it needed to be and it just didn’t hold my attention as well. It was nice tho, how Bachman tied up all of the storylines with a nice bow at the end of the book.
This was unlike anything I’ve ever read before! It was so creepy, I could not read this one with the lights off. I tried, and felt like a scared little child. Besides the haunting chills, the story had an astonishing twist I never ever saw coming! Read this book, the physical book. It includes Hidden Pictures that you won’t get with the audiobook version.
Genetics is so fascinating! I have many many thoughts on this memoir, but they’re ones that I am choosing to keep close to my heart. This was an interesting read tho, and I recommend it.
