I loved everything about this sweet sapphic romance with elements of historical nonfiction that educated me made me blush & hungry

This book hit the right spot. I didn't expect to like it the way i did. It brought me so much joy and I got emotional in the end. To be wanted by someone who you want is just the best feeling. A fairytale I may never get but im glad I got to read it. 

I hate gretchen but there are so many people like her. I related so much to imogen and lily and eden and Tessa. I wanted to cry thank you.

A perfect end to a perfect series no notes

I do wish this was not so short but I did find the ending confusing because they aren't technically married just dating so they aren't the official rulers. Otherwise it's cute. Just not sure how many will be in this world book wise...

Its still wild how he basically catfishes her and she felt guilty enough to continue but it's fiction after all

This is the third iranian author i have read in the past two years & per usual i felt so much in regards to connection of my personal lived experiences similar to the characters. I did not see the ending coming. I thought it would be hard to understand the short story/ poetry added sprinkled really throughout the book but I managed and often did not want to put it down. I need to eat persian food soon.

I was surprised how well this book kept my attention. It was not too complicated to follow the aspects of this world. I could not visualize certain action scenes and wished there was diagrams of certain people or objects. I wonder if the other books will follow KY and marg. I like how the romance is barely there it fit perfectly in the end of not being focal. This version I read is proof unedited arc.
