You are going to pick up this book and believe that everything will turn out fine in the end. You will be right, but also wrong. Do NOT read this book if you have climate anxiety because you will absolutely weep aloud. Will definitely be buying this book, 9 out of 5 stars.

If China Miéville and Donna Tartt had a literary baby, it would be this book. I picked up Vita Nostra in the morning and was so engrossed, I forgot to drink coffee. Coffee! The brew that gives me life! All for this surreal dark academia masterpiece that turns language on its head and makes Time itself a grammatical function. I can not recommend this book enough! 1000/10
