This was not my favorite of the series so far but it was okay.
I originally gave this book 2 stars. After thinking about it, I changed it to a 3. The premise of the story was interesting and got me hooked in the beginning. However, I felt the book was very slow for the majority of the book. I did not get excited again till about 70% through the book.
One of the best features was the return of the character, Holly, who was in the Mr. Mercedes trilogy. I hope that she could be featured either in her own book or be added again to another Stephen King book. I also enjoyed the characters of Ralph and his wife.
The ending of the book left me unsatisfied with the resolution of the story. I felt there were too many questions about "The Outsider" that were left unexplained.

I decided to pick this up as I am very interested in learning more about Lin-Manuel Miranda, especially concerning "Hamilton". This was a very short read. It was cute and had some good messages buried in it. However, it was not very deep or insightful.
I received a copy of this book from Netgalley in exchange for my honest review. As I am in my early 40s, I could relate to this book on many levels. It was great to hear other women in their forties reflecting on how their lives have evolved. As with most collection of stories, some were greater than others. However, on the whole, I truly enjoyed this book. I will recommend this book to others.
