Susanna Kearsley is becoming one of my favorite authors. This is the 4th book I have read by this author. I really like the back and forth between the present and the past in her books. The characters of Lydia and Jean-Philippe are very prominent in this book. I would have liked to see more in the development of their romance. Overall, I thought this was a great read and highly recommend it.
