This book was almost a five star but I believe you should be honest with your feelings and how you feel with your friends so that part dropped it down a star. This definitely almost made me cry and was such a fun read.

I thought the story was cute but I had a hard time relating to the characters.

I enjoyed the characters in the story but I felt like the plot dragged on too long. The magic system was great. I understand the hype but I may have to check out the second one to see if I want to continue the journey.

3rd time re-reading this book. This is my first re-read of the year and still enjoy this book very much. I have watched Howl's Moving Castle that the book was an inspiration for. Compared to the book yes it was different but still had the same concept that the story was going for and a good read if you liked watched Howl's Moving Castle as much as I did when it first came out.

Absolutely adored this and related to the couple very much. My significant other also gets anxious with a lot of noise and people. I also had quite a giggle with Jacob's family having a pet parrot that knew some inappropriate words that we heard during family get togethers in the book. This reminded me of my significant other's rescue conure that knew inappropriate words. I enjoyed this book quite a lot considering it felt so realistic.
