Quite good and I liked it overall, but perhaps over-complicated and confusing. Maybe it was just me, but by the last third or so I was struggling to keep up. I'd want to read another book by this author if he writes more.

Worth a read if you're interested in the history behind the musical. Obviously favors Hamilton, but does not shy away from criticism against him either. Was a slow, dense read as a physical book, but very enjoyable as an audiobook!

Slow to grab my attention, but I'm so glad I stuck with it. I will definitely be rereading this in the future. Also this book made me cry more than any other in quite a while. 👍
