This book was kind of a rough end to an otherwise enjoyable series. It was also much more sappy and cringey at parts which i didn’t love. I still like how it ended but the writing felt juvenile and definitely the worst one of the series. Not much else to say other than some relationships felt thrown together and all solutions were also messy and felt not as thought through. I don’t know if I said this on the last book but thank god they changed the voice narrator for Hudson, this guy was much better.

The much awaited what happened while Hudson and Grace were trapped book! I loved this book and was happy to have all my questions answered. It also makes their relationship so much better because of all they went through and how much time they spent together; I think without this book their relationship was good but a bit more thrown together. Is it bad that I enjoy Hudson and Grace’s relationship more before they get together? The tension and all the fighting, pranks, and moments where they are there for each other even with the conflicted feelings is so much more enjoyable to me. Obviously I love them together too but the build up is where it’s at! Also so messed up that they were together for that long and Grave went back to Jaxson while Hudson had to watch omg; knowing now how hard that must’ve been is awful. I can’t blame Grace for breaking down after finding out jeez. Another thing I loved is all the dancing and the revealed “shut up and dance” originating from Grace in the lair was so sweet. I don’t know how there can possibly be more to this series but there is so onto the next book I go!

A lot happened in this book it felt like a fever dream. On par with the other books but just longer and more unnecessarily detailed. Grace your brain thinks too much lol. I can’t remember all I wanted to say in this review but I do wanna say poor Jaxson, the author really just taking everything from him and killing off his found family/ friends DAMN; at least the Flint and Jaxson thing is happening. Not that I want anyone really important to die, but I don’t love when an author kills off characters that aren’t very important cause it lacks the hit a well loved character dying would deliver. I loved the trials, that was super fun. Also loved that Hudson and Grace had a bit of a struggle; nice to see their relationship isn’t perfect cause imo that’s not very fitting of them. Don’t know where the next book is going but hopefully it’s good!

I really enjoyed this book and probably would’ve given it 4 stars but the cringe factor takes away a bit. Hudson was probably the main reason I enjoyed it as much as I did cause Grace was on some BS this book oml. My favorite aspect was definitely the growth of Hudson and Grace’s relationship but I still feel bad for Jackson. I also enjoyed all the adventure and action/fighting in this book but come on why do the gays always die. Hoping to see more of Remi cause the prison part was super cool. I keep hoping the writing will get a bit better but it’s still super fun to read.

ahhhh this book was much more enjoyable than the first; writing is still a bit cringey tho so no 4 stars from me lol. I thought I liked Jaxson but he was so whiny this book oml… I enjoyed Hudson and Grace much more. I liked their banter and the fact that Hudson pushed her to be better and they had more trust in each other. The trial and game in general is just like quidditch it felt very harry potter but no complaints here. Called the ending but was still soooo happy with it; as soon as Flint mentioned more than one mate and then the breaking of Jaxson and Graces mating bond I knew it was time. Also Jaxson eyeing Flint with his ripped shirt.. then Flint telling Grace he is gay and that he has a thing for Jaxson has to be a set up. Another random thing to mention, but why do voice actors not pronounce things right sometimes, it hurt me when she kept saying Flo Reeta instead of rida. Super funny every time she said it tho. So much more fun to be had with that ending tho, I am very excited!

Super cute fluffy vampire romance with a bunch of stuff happening in between. I love the nostalgic feel of a typical paranormal romance book and this one is quite fun. Some of the writing is a bit too YA for me but I can tell I would’ve enjoyed it when I was younger. The use of “sexy af” and just “af” in general had me cringing but other than that I am still interested in reading more.

Wow! This book was so good and had the perfect amount of twists where nothing was too unbelievable. it was also beautifully written and the metaphors throughout were a good touch. I liked that it was written about more than just finding out what happened to Elsa and Ellie; it was also about Lilly and Iris and how they live/ are planning to live after their journey to find out what happened to their mother. Elsa’s early life is horrific and i wish that there was more on the confrontation with Freddy because that man deserves jail time… despite his poor upbringing. So much to unpack with the sisters still too. Only thing I wish they didn’t add was that Meredith and the Grandpa were Grace’s actual parents.. that was wack.

This book was very cute and wholesome. I loved the funny comparisons the character Nadine made when explaining things. This type of language/writing was really enjoyable and easy to get into.I liked the slow build and tension between the characters and it felt very realistic for them to end up together. Super quick and fun read!

This book was interesting but a bit basic in terms of horror. I liked some aspects of the book, especially the weirder aspects and back story behind the land/house. However, I was never truly freaked out or scared and felt frustrated with the characters often because they kept doing stupid stuff or just didn't act quick enough. Also, I could have really gone without all the weird sexual aspects... most of that felt unnecessary and forced. Ending was bad in my opinion. I feel like there could've been a work around the problem so it didn't end the way it did.

Such a well written book with well written characters. I can tell a good portion of this book is world building because it finally started to pick up in the end so I know the next two books are going to be amazing. I love the way this author writes characters and the magic system is very unique. I can’t wait to read more! also so sad that the prince died because he was such a fun character ):I was laughing when him and Fitz were reenacting being poisoned
