This was a sweet little romance novel between a musician and a football player.
This was a very quick and easy read! It was a perfect palette cleanser between other books that are more involved. This book has a fake relationship and relies pretty heavily on the miscommunication trope. The only issue I had was that my brain couldn't compute the layout of the apartment and it totally pulled me out of the book because I was trying to figure it out. 😅
Thanks Netgalley for a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review! #luckycharmbook

I always enjoy a Greek mythology retelling but this one was extra fun because it took the myth and bent the genders. I LOVED this!
This was a powerful retelling of Orpheus and Eurydice which basically told all of the gender stereotypes to get out because no one needs those anymore. Women can be awesome badasses and men can be softer and in touch with their emotions. Seriously, I can't tell you how much I loved this!
