This is an adorable sports romance set in the world of baseball (if you hadn't already figured that out haha). Baseball is the only sport that I enjoy watching occasionally so this was right up my alley. I loved that the female main character also had a job related to the team. It felt more organic this way instead of just a random person.

This book uses the fake dating trope, but it felt more natural than it normally does for me. If you love a good sports romance with very little spice, this book is for you!

 This is a rom-com about filming a rom-com which had me giggling. 😅 I was a little dubious at the beginning because the MMC didn't seem like my cup of tea, but he grew as the book went on and I was definitely shipping them by the end! 

This does have the miscommunication trope in it, which usually enrages me because it seems so silly. This one was very mild but still, frustrating. If miscommunication isn't your thing, this one might not be for you. The cuteness of the rom-com within the rom-com was enough for me to overlook that though.
