This was an appropriate book to finish on Juneteenth. This was full of interesting primary sources and lesser told history. I felt like it was a bit repetitive at times, but otherwise it was an excellent nonfiction read. I listened to the audiobook, and I might have benefitted from reading physical copy instead.

It was so much better than the first book. And it was WAY better than the Netflix season based off of it.

This was a really enjoyable thriller. I truly didn't know how it would end.

I really enjoyed it. The characters were real. The story was poignant and obviously very relevant.

So good! I didn't expect a middle grade horror book to make me cry, but it did!

This is such a fun and sexy series. I can't wait to see where the plot (YES THERE IS PLOT) goes next. I am eager to learn more about so many members of the 13 and other citizens of Olympus.

Very cute romance to enjoy during the summer. The royals were very clearly inspired by Harry and Meghan, and I greatly enjoyed playing with the idea of them making friends with a school teacher on a small, Canadian island.

Fun, easy romance read. I enjoyed it and was not hindered by it being late in a series. Clearly it is part of a loosely connected romance series like Bridgerton that has characters from other books appear but don't determine the plot of the book at hand.
