This was the first audiobook I have ever listened to, and I enjoyed it. An interesting story for any baseball fan.

I finally have started reading this series and I loved the first book! I knew it would be a bit different from the tv series (which I also love) which is why I was curious and interested in the books. I think this will be one of those guilty pleasure book series for me.

It's fast paced, but Shepard also takes time and detail to discuss each of the individual characters which I think is very important. I can't wait to see what twists and turns the plot takes throughout the series!
