This was an interesting book that touched on what it is to be a female, and the complicated relationship one can have with food & the need to survive.

What an utterly sweet graphic novel about one very courageous little Garlic. This is a good one to pick up for cozy & spoopy vibes!

Wow. I was absolutely bewitched by The Witchery from beginning to end! Filled with dark magic, enchanting prose, and the baddest witch squad in town- this book delivered not only the fantastical but a dash of horror as well.

If you are searching for your next witchy read for spooky season, PICK THIS UP IMMEDIATELY!!

I feel like I haven't really been enjoying reading YA fantasy books as of late, but Violet Made of Thorns was such a pleasant surprise! 

I really liked the friendship turned romance between our morally gray witch and cursed prince. Their relationship contained more depth than I've seen in a YA fantasy in a while, so that was refreshing to see play out. There was quite a bit of humor in here as well which is always fun. I think this might lean towards the upper YA range because there was definite sexual tension and spiciness!! (not smut, just a sprinkle of spice okay?)

Overall I really enjoyed my time with this book & am looking forward to not only the sequel but any future work this author puts out!

This is a fantastic debut novel depicting our main character’s self destructive habits & relationships with other people. 

This does contain some massive trigger/content warnings so please be kind to yourself and check those out.

I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. so that’s always a good thing. If you go into it wanting a silly goofy time, you’ll like this one too. 

Perfect for those instances where you want cute witchy vibes with a dash of smut. 

Not my favorite Ruth Ware and I think it was a bit too long. I still enjoyed it overall & recommend for fans of dual timelines, an academic setting, and a good ol plot twist to wrap it up.
