So, this has to be my favourite out of the series, we have two amazing plus size characters and I was rooting for from the beginning. I loved that it all didn't happen in the space of a few weeks, it was drawn out, and we really learned about what's important to these characters. I had butterflies in my belly almost the entire time.

Thank you to @thatmillennialreader for hyping this one, this 1920s fantasy romance was so much fun to read. We love our morally grey characters, we have magic. I'm finding myself drawn more into the "real" world urban fantasy and this one hit the nail on the head.

This is the perfect example of FOMO getting the better of me and Bookstagram making me buy not just the ebook to read but the physical book to own.
Now only is the book itself BEAUTIFUL, this story is EVERYTHING. These characters though, there is so many layers to unfold and book one didn't give me NEAR ENOUGH.

I surprisingly really enjoyed this one, I think I would have liked to hear more of Sonny's life but the love for the club and its members is so evident in this book. It was like sitting with him and hearing stories from back in the day.
I enjoyed this well enough, but it felt a little preachy at times.
