Such a beautiful story, Doerr writes with such grace and detail that I was trying to get to the end to find out what happens while also attempting to stop time so I could keep reading his work for a long time. Werner and Marie-Laure are such amazingly deep and complex characters, their stories are going to stay with me for a long time.

honestly one of my favorite books and movies of all time :)
