Wow. The conclusion of this book is everything I could’ve asked for for this trilogy. I really really like how Leigh Bardugo ended this. On top of that it has - in my humble opinion - one of the best final sentences I’ve ever come across:
”They had an ordinary life, full of ordinary things—if love can ever be called that.”

’”That whole Jesus thing is really interesting isn’t it?”
“What d’you mean?”
“All those people wanting to kill him when he hadn’t done anything to hurt them.” She hesitated.
“It’s really kind of a beautiful story - like Abraham Lincoln or Socrates - or Aslan.”’

‘... there was something to be said for finding a clan of people who made you feel like you belonged; it made everything seem so much brighter, so much more bearable.’
I wish there was one more spot in The Paper & Hearts Society for me! Can Olivia, Henry, Cassie, Ed and Tabby please be my friends as well?

‘... I wondered why I couldn’t go the whole way doing what I should any more. This made me sad and tired. Then I wondered why I couldn’t go the whole way doing what I shouldn’t, the way Doreen did, and this made me even sadder and more tired.’
