A great picture book for children to discuss perception, or how we all see something different even if we are seeing the same thing. The focus is of a cat and how other creatures view the cat through different eyes. The art is wonderful and I imagine that there will be many conversations with children who read this book about what they see in their own daily lives.

This is a wonderful picture book to introduce children to the concepts of the Muslim faith. Mehrdokht Amini's art is gorgeous and works well with the story.

Sadly, this is my first encounter with Javaka Steptoe and his heart. I say sadly because I am overwhelmed with this book's beauty. The art is gorgeous and the story is fantastic.

This book was adorable. I loved Sanjay Patel's art, which resembled henna in parts.
