I was absolutely engrossed. Madeline Miller not only knows the original material but has a deep love of the stories that shines through with her new translations. I love her writing style and can't wait to see what classical epic she tackles next.

The illustrations in this book are beautiful. The writing felt musical, like a missing piece of the Amelie soundtrack.
