How To Bake A Murder by K.J. Emrick was a short and sweet cozy mystery that kept you guessing who the killer was the whole time. I didn’t see the killer coming, nor how the killer would be revealed. There were plenty of interesting characters besides Cookie too. I really wanted to know more about Clarissa, the granddaughter. I did feel like the chemistry between Cookie and Jerry was a bit forced and that would be better off as friends instead of lovers.

Overall, I enjoyed the mystery and setting of this story. I definitely want to know more about these characters and can’t wait to read the next book in the Cookie and Cream Cozy Mystery series.

Bad Boys Don't Die by B.B. Easton hit all the right notes, for me, with this dystopian romance. There were moments of suspense were I wondered if Rain would survive, moments of intimacy between Rain and Wes while they tried to deal with the end of the world as they knew it, and of course we have our "... three Rs: rioters, rapists, and rabid dogs." to contend with. This book does end with a small cliff hanger, so do yourself a favor and get the next two books, because you'll want to read this trilogy all the way through.

Bad Boy's Don't Stay by B.B. Easton picked up right were book one left off. I appreciated that Rain had some knowledge to be able to help patch up her friends. I loved the abandoned mall as a setting and the people living there felt plausible. I was worried for Rain and how she'd deal with her traumas. They were definitely issues that people in an dystopian society would encounter. This book really had be crying, which for me means B.B. Easton got me to care for her characters and boy did I. Wes and Rain together complete the other. This story does end in a cliff hanger and you'll want to get the next book so you can find out what happens to Wes and Rain.

Bad Boys Don't Fall by B.B. Easton is the final book in the trilogy. I was anxious for Rain once again. She just keeps having the worst luck. But I love her determination to survive and keep fighting. The way she goes undercover to talk to Wes was genius. The way the book ended felt satisfying for Rain and Wes's romance, but I felt disappointed in the dystopian aspects. Overall, I really enjoyed the whole Bad Boys Don't Die Trilogy.

Bad Boys Don't Die Collection by B.B. Easton hit all the right notes, for me, with this dystopian romance. There were moments of suspense were I wondered if Rain would survive, moments of intimacy between Rain and Wes while they tried to deal with the end of the world as they knew it, and of course we have our "... three Rs: rioters, rapists, and rabid dogs." to contend with. This collection is perfect since book 1 and book 2 end with cliffhangers. By getting the collection you can just keep reading to find out what happens next. I cried several times throughout this trilogy, which for me means that B.B. Easton got me to really care for the characters. I was mostly satisfied by the ending. I loved how it ended for Wes and Rain, but wasn't super thrilled with how the dystopian aspects where handled at the end. Overall, this a suspenseful, emotional, and romantic dystopian tale that I couldn't put down.
