The O Zone by Kelly Jamieson was a beautiful romantic story. I’m normally not a sports romance reader, but this book was so good! I enjoyed how Emerie and Owen both tried to make the relationship not a stressor, more than it already was, on each other. Their mutual attraction to each created some delicious tension followed by awesome steamy scenes. The sports aspect of this romance was done well and didn’t over power the characters or the romance for me, plus I do enjoy a good hockey game. Overall, I swooned hard for Owen and teared up, okay I cried for a good portion of the end, which tells me that I fell hard for Emerie and Owen.

Stolen Goods by Kay Marie was a cute good girl meets bad guy and they fall in love tale. While Thad might be a criminal he’s not exactly the bad guy everyone paints him to be. Thad and Addison’s character arcs were great! I loved reading and watching them grow into better versions of themselves. Their road trip adventure was filled with some sweet moments between the two of them.

Irish Affair by Amanda Heartley is the rockstar romance that I needed in my life! I’m normally not a rockstar romance fan, but this story was amazing! I loved Rory’s humor and the banter between him and Amelia. Their chemistry was great! The intimate scenes were steamy and plentiful. This was my first Amanda Heartley book and I’m so excited to read more.

Highland Games by Evie Alexander is a humorous, sexy read! The enemies to lovers games that Rory and Zoe play created a ton of charged tension. The castle photography scene was amazing! I loved Zoe’s tenacity and warm heart. Rory was the Scottish man we all hope to fall in love with. While this book can be read as a great standalone with a HFN, you can get more Zoe and Rory in the next book: Hollywood Games.

The Ex Hex by Erin Sterling was a flirty autumn romance. I loved her world of witches and all their rules. I would have loved to have learned even more. Like what was Rhys’s father’s job? Why was he so well known in the witch community? What was up with Vivi’s mom? Her dad? What other magic could Gwyn and Elaine do? Things like that. I do think the middle was a bit slow and I was looking for more action to propel the story along. The push / pull between Rhys and Vivi created plenty of conflict along with some fun banter. Overall, this was a fun Halloween romance read.

Book Boyfriend was such a fun read! I can’t believe that I waited so long to read this story. Claire Kingsley does such an amazing job writing her characters! I loved the meta references to how this story was the one that Alex writes from Mia. It added a unique element to this story that I became obsessed with finding more in this story. The intimate scenes between these two are fire! I enjoyed all the secondary characters and am excited to read about Kendra and Caleb.

Hot Single Dad by Claire Kingsley is a sweet age gap, forbidden nanny romance. The reasons that Caleb and Linnea shouldn’t be together is fraught with many land minds. I’m normally not a nanny romance fan, but this one is done well. Possibly, for me, it was the fact that Linnea was actually Charlotte’s Aunt and not really a true nanny? However, her being the aunt was another big reason our two lovers had trouble starting a romantic relationship with each other. Charlotte was a great character and I loved all the scenes with here and how she didn’t over power the romance between Caleb and Linnea. Weston and Mia from the previous two books were hilarious together and I loved getting to see them again. While this story had some tropes that weren’t my favorite Claire Kingsley did an amazing job and I ended up really enjoying this story!

Brandon by Charissa Gracyk was an entertaining start to a new series. I loved the banter between all the guys. This later in life romance brought the flirting and steam and was filled with the action that I love from Charissa Gracyk. I can't wait to see what shenanigans the team gets into in the next books!
