An excellent whodunit detective novel. I like that Bosch and Ballard get to work together. Excellent standalone characters, and excellent pairing.

An interesting retelling of Mary Shelly's Frankenstein, but not my thing.

Sometimes you just need to read a cheesy mystery novel. This one served its purpose very nicely.
