Enjoyable collection of short stories focused on various women whose flaws and struggles navigating love and life are a focus throughout. Poignant writing

Well-written, relatable and reflective. Lots to underline and I want to reread it. Also want to read more of her work. I loved this 

Started slow and was drawn out at times but I really enjoyed this and especially liked the last 20%. I liked the twist towards the end. First time reading this author’s work and I liked the style and commentary on womanhood & being a wife in society. It is about identity, fairness, marriage & life’s purpose & accomplishments. Lots of passages that I wanted to underline but it was a library book so I’ll have to purchase this. 

This book confused me & was kinda annoying. The last 20% was pretty good. Not much happens in the book and it’s another one the feels like a lot of the character dynamics would be so much better if they went to therapy. Entertaining enough but didn’t really enjoy it or find much depth in it. I guess my takeaway that I related to is we all don’t really know what we are doing as we go through this life & find comfort in how our  relationships and family help us learn about ourselves

Total mind fuck. Awesome psychological thriller yet also a reflective sci-fi novel on life, decisions, destiny, meaning. Really enjoyed the twists and turns and really made me self-reflect almost to the point of discomfort.
