As a lover for Darker Shades of Magic by V.E Schwab, this definitely is up to par

"Piranesi" by Susanna Clarke is like a mind-bending rollercoaster through an endless house of weirdness. Clarke’s writing is so detailed that you can practically feel the strange vibes of the place. Piranesi, the MC, explores this freaky house, and it's like Alice in Wonderland on steroids.

What’s cool is how Clarke uses the house as a giant puzzle, making you question reality and stuff. It's like a deep dive into the human brain, with all its twists and turns. The book is this wild mix of classical vibes and crazy magical stuff that keeps you hooked.

If you're into stories that mess with your mind and make you ponder life's mysteries, "Piranesi" is your jam. Clarke’s storytelling game is top-notch, and this book is like a literary acid trip – in a good way.

"Fragile Enchantment" is like stepping into a Regency England fantasy where Niamh Ó Conchobhair, armed with magic to stitch emotions into fabric, faces a tough choice as her own magic threatens her life. The story takes off when she dives into designing a royal wedding wardrobe in the not-so-fairytale kingdom of Avaland.

Avaland isn't all fancy balls and garden parties; it's simmering with social unrest. Kit Carmine, the groom-to-be, adds a dash of complexity with his gruff attitude. The friendship blooming into romance between Niamh and Kit intertwines with a mysterious columnist stirring up trouble.

The author paints a vibrant picture of this world, blending romance, intrigue, and fantasy seamlessly. "Fragile Enchantment" is a delightful mix of emotions, with characters that stick in your mind and a plot that keeps you hooked, navigating the delicate balance between love and unraveling secrets.

Holy Sh*t!
I loved Empire of the Vampire when it came out few years ago and I have been dying to get my hands on the sequel as soon as possible. Thank goodness for receiving an ARC for the sequel cause I simply can't stop raving about the dramatic flairs of the sequel!

One of my highly anticipated releases this year

Featuring trans, queer, and polyamorous characters of color,

Can't basically stop thinking about this book. After the heart racing A Dowry of Blood, @stgibsonauthor did it again.

Mixing the paranormal with urban fantasy vibes, gothic and magic is just an equivalent of a good time. I liked how dynamic and engaging all MCs are. Each has its own moments that just made sense to the story! I can't wait to explore this series further
