I'm not sure why, but I found myself becoming emotional during portions of this read. Maybe it's the time frame in which I decided to read this. Feeling that connection with people you've lost, being connected with nature, and even the vengeance sought by someone who has been terribly wronged. It all felt terribly close. 

This is a good upper elementary spooky read, perfect for this season and perfect for the intended age group. This rating shouldn't reflect anything negative necessarily I just didn't end up as engaged as I hoped.

This was an eerie and beautifully written peice of horror. Atmospheric in the best ways, a perfect read to bring in the fall season. I can't wait to see where the series goes. 

I thoroughly enjoyed this fun read. Full of action, bondesque twists, and cool ass cats. I definitely needed this right now as it had me cracking up several times. Good cleanser!

Never have I been a Shakespeare fan, but I don't think that's necessary here at all. I ended up relating to the characters passion for their art, their sense of found family and togetherness. They were all so broken in their own ways. 

I don't know why, but I'm feeling hopeful after reading it...and I often teeter on whether that's a good thing or not.
