Too out of date, better books published more recently out there 

I want to like this book so much but it’s so dense with all this info-dumping about the world and I just can’t get into it 😭

this was an ARC that I had but did not get engaged before it published, so just washing it as a loss atm, maybe I'll come back to it if I come across it in the wild - there was nothing wrong with it I just was not able to get interested. Thank you netgalley and sourcebooks landmark for the e-copy

I officially am admitting to myself that I can’t listen to audiobooks cause I cannot focus. If I ever find a hard copy of this book, I will devour it, but I’ve listened to the same two hours at least five times trying to take it all in so I’m giving up non-fiction audiobooks

I tried to get into this but I’m not enjoying it, so off to the DNF pile.
