Too out of date, better books published more recently out there 

this makes me wish I had lots of money…. The information on prebiotics and probiotics is really helpful, I learned lots, but the actually recipes and blends call for a hefty investment that I’d love to do, but unfortunately cannot. 

I want to like this book so much but it’s so dense with all this info-dumping about the world and I just can’t get into it 😭
