This book... meh. I picked it up because I really like the Fallen series and it seemed interesting. And it could've been interesting honestly. But I just couldn't. There is just a lot of under explained things going on in this book.

The last 3 chapters saved this book from being a 1-star read. This book was so incredibly boring. It also may have something to do with the fact that I was never really a huge Alice in Wonderland fan when Disney did it. I honestly read this book strictly because I bought a retelling that seemed interesting and I wanted to read this before delving into that.
Back to the last 3 chapters: The only part of this book that was able to keep the tiniest bit of my attention.
A 94 page book shouldn't have taken me more than 2 days to read but yet... here we are.

This is my first Kasie West book and I was pleased with it. Will definitely try out her other books. My only issue was that it was a bit obvious who was sabotaging the set. I figured it out very early.

I had a hard time getting into this book at first. I thought it was boring and almost stopped reading it but I glad I did. Its was very good the farther I got into it and theres so many lessons to be learned from this book. I enjoyed it.
