The whole trapped in your own mind thing been done, but it's not terrible here. What I liked was the twist on Hal sending a message to Guy between all the mind control stuff. I thought was clever and also Guy might turn into a decent human being now. Good stuff there.
Hal still stuck in this "In my mind" thing, Guy being actual decent and trying to help, John kind of left on the side. Okay storyline so far.
This issue is a little messy. Fight scenes were hard to follow too. But I enjoyed the ending and the final showdown sounds fun.
It's cool to see a story in St. Augustine. I actually felt like the artist lived here because some of these places look exactly like they do in real life.
But the story started off very strong, and finished solid, but the middle portion felt like it drifted into something I wasn't quite sure what it wanted to be. Telling a revenge tale almost in the later half, and only coming full circle last few pages. Just didn't full connect with me because lack of caring about most of the characters sadly.
A 3 out of 5.

Dirty cops vs ghost rider. Where's the line for justice? Good stuff with ghost rider really being a badass.
Ghost Rider shall exact is vengeance. A fun chase to see who can catch who first and a HUGE explosive finale.
Ghost Rider is left for dead in the last issue and does almost die. However, now that he has risen he will fuck up the evil doers. Lots of cool moments in this one.
This ghost rider does not fuck around. Another enemy down. Who shall he stop next?
Gonna count issue 98 and 99 reviews here. Didn't even know Dan Slott wrote in the 90s but this was a pretty dark story with a good ending. Poor homeless guy.
