This series is so freaking weird.

I kind of love it though?

So this starts off with Hitomi meeting Anzu and learning about collecting cans and living as a homeless person. Weird yet somewhat touching ending. Then we get back to Nitta showing off Hina to his family and...yeah it goes bad. Then we have Hitomi and Hina helping Anzu find cans/tvs and other things to sell to make some money.

It's a weird series man. People talk weird. But holy hell do some of the jokes land, the stories go quick, and the characters are just quirky enough to be interesting. The last story could have been more touching but instead went for a joke that didn't last as good, but the rest of the book was great.

So yeah a solid volume, better than 2, not as good as 1. A 4 out of 5.

Wonder Woman only gets better as Greg Rucka gets into personal moments with Diana.

Madusa is back and she is NOT happy. She wants revenge on Wonder Woman and will strike her as personal as she can. Doing a full on attack on her and her people leading to some very heavy causalities. This brings a duel between the two. The second half is filled with huge twist and Diana working her way with the gods to make a new status quo.

Overall this was a ton of fun, lot of brutal moments, excellent fights, and a fantastic ending. I'll admit sometimes the art can be iffy but overall, this was freaking GREAT. A 4.5 out of 5.

I read this a week ago but I swore I reviewed this. Guess not.

So this ends Rucka's run on WW (Well first run. He returns in Rebirth). And it ends...okay. It's kind of a disappointment since 1 was great and volume 2 was fantastic. This basically has WW dealing with Lord Maxwell and his assholish ways. It's dark, and what WW does seems like a smart thing to do but the way the world will view it does not. This is mostly for Infinite Crisis.

But yeah this just kind of ended in a semi-dud way. Wasn't all that interested even though still were some good fights happening here and there and I still enjoyed WW still a lot. But it lacked the punch of the other two volumes sadly.

A 3 out of 5.

A decent start. Art is great and Bruce being young adult/teen is interesting. But nothing new or exciting...least yet.

And we end the Moro arc here.

The final fight fight was just okay. Reminded me WAY too much of Naruto and not in a good way.

However, I still loved Moro's viciousness prior and brought back real freeza vibes for a villain. I will say the new arc seems interesting...more adventure than big bad. I'm wondering how this "Space Pirate" is going to exact revenge.

So we waited a long time for Saga's return.

And it mostly lives up to it...least for me.

After the events of the last volume, our team is trying to move on anyway they can. This sets up new characters joining Alana and her daughter Hazel as they try to survive. Plenty of fun moments with space pirates entering the picture while The Will, that piece of shit, sets his sights on the next big push to end the rest of the group.

While touching and still so beautiful to view, this volume moved the pieces on the board but no major plot advancements per say. However, the very last few pages were so shocking and sad, I actually started crying. Fucking Saga always making me cry.

Anyway, a 4 out of 5.

Well I wasn't sure what I expected from this but this was actually a mixture of a lot of things from funny to downright horrifying.

Our main lead Haru is a sex worker. One day in her world she's killed by a truck alongside another boy who has a huge crush on her. Once traveled to the other world she begins to be a sex worker due to not a lot of opportunities for woman in this world. Which the main character tackles those ideas, and thoughts, and even echo's some of the current views of this world when it comes to how people view woman.

I have to say the main lead is really what sells this manga. She's confident and strong, sexual, and a forward thinker. She knows her situation but she wants to advance. She doesn't hate sex, it's just a thing she does to get paid, and she's good at it. Her confidence in her ability to please her guest is both refreshing and mostly fun.

I say mostly because some men in this world are pieces of shit. Rapist would be the word. And at times these garbage men use and abuse her because there's no repercussions even more so for Haru now stuck in this manly world.

The manga tackles a lot while also giving us good insight into this world and a character worth rooting for. At the end it looks like she's trying to decide her next room, and I'm hoping she successes in doing so and we learn more about this world. A 4 out of 5.

Less mean and spiteful pranks and more cute, semi-sexy pranks. Also it's funny see Nagatoro get jealous of her friends for picking on her lover. On top of that her getting jelly she had tiny boobs was also lolz.

Overall, a lot more fun than the last two.

Another fun volume. This time the two love bugs who pick on each other meet at a festival and start to show their true feelings. Love is in the air. Good stuff and cuteness.

Better than volume 2, not as good as 1. Stuck in the middle, alot of meh. There is a backstory to Brock and when you find out how he got cancer and why he did what he did that worked real well, but the rest of the stories from Carnage trying to eat his offspring, to The Thing knock off, most of these stories aren't above decent. A 2.5 out of 5.
