Cute but its Jeff way funnier.

Ah so now we slow down and get into actual relationship territory.

Zen wants so badly for summer to be finished so he can see Hojo again. But while he waits he hangs out with Aoi to get some studying done. While doing that Aoi begins to grow feelings for Zen, and even begins to really fall for him. Once they're all back in school Aoi goes to Hojo to learn how to tie up Zen.

This is a lot slower paced volume without so much forcing people into situations which is nice. Learning about how to tie people up is pretty interesting and of course hot. The bully who's in love with Aoi is cliche but can lead to some interesting plotting down the line.

A 4 out of 5.

This was a pretty solid volume. So really good character moments and fights to survive. The changing narrative every 3 pages or so continues and one of the pluses of this series. The character in the supermarket as well as the drug lord were the two best characters. The rest range from decent to meh. Overall though if like zombie survival tales you'll like this.

A stronger volume than the last. Watching two of our main heroes deal with their fights in a interesting way was nice. The whole judge domain was awesome and Magami got to shine as a straight up calculated badass.

Couple of odd story choices like making Tony seem envious or Ben having such issues fighting but overall still enjoyable building block issue.

This might be my final volume yet.

SUPER Funny. The fight between Tatsu and a "STORM" is to freaking funny. Watching them deal with a new "energy" drink or supplement to be healthier was great. Tatsu and Miku putting on a show for a sick kid? Priceless.

Overall, as always, highly entertaining with a lot of heart.

A great volume filled with excellent fights, some major deaths, and a interesting ending. This really is the team up volume where multiple characters have to work together to take down these god like creatures. I'm most excited to see this animated as I think it has potential to be some of the best fight scenes ever in anime.

This was a pretty cute volume.

We got a lot more of a decent Kazuya this time. One who actually wants to help Chizuru, and not just be a pervert all the time. I mean, don't get me wrong, he's still a MASSIVE pervert, and he runs a sweet moment by checking out her knockers, but it's still the words he says this time to push her forward is nice.

I will say the ending was sweet, and I'm liking where it's going with Chizuru, but I'm sure kazuya will fuck it up somehow. But watching him go to the batting cages was really fun.

So this is by the creator of Hell's Paradise, which by the cover can tell right away, but he's not trying his hand at more Shonen Feel.

This is a Parody/action shonen story. Similar would be something like One Punch man. There's references to other animes like DBZ which is really funny at points. I also enjoyed the idea of this world, that you have to challenge people in one on one duels to make it count, and how zany and fun the designs are.

I'll say none of the characters grabbed me. I did like Maruo, our lead, but he wasn't amazing. Funny moments for sure. Urara is a cool looking character but she's too much of a mystery to really attach to her.

I am eager to see where we go, and good first volume.

Everyone will slowly die. This actually has a great farewell to one character and some excellent fight scenes. Next volume is the final and I assume this is going to be depressing.
