Least Koi finally gets called out on his bullshit.
Def feels like we're padding the story here and it could wrap up in a volume or two but we still have like 5 left. So it feels stretched but luckily the characters stay fun and interesting and even though these other "lovers" step in we all know who's going to get with who!

Beach day is best day!
Adorable and cute with plenty of laugh out loud moments. Thanks to having a daughter who's almost 5 this manga is 100% super relatable and funny as hell.

A dark little charming tale of vampire kids left behind by their creators only to realize they could leave this isolated city long ago once they stumble upon some humans. But while half the kids want to rip these humans apart and eat them, the other half wants no part of it.
Lord of the flies meets vampires, a dark and twisted tale that I really got engrossed with. Lemire hardly ever misses, and this is no different. Worth a read even if it goes way too quick. A 4 out of 5.

A pretty cool annual. The first story with spidy teaming up with New Warriors is the best of the bunch. I like New Warriors and Spidy teaming up with heroes around his age is nice. I also enjoyed the very short venom story, always fun. Rest was forgettable.
Lizard story was really good. The parents returning from the dead not too sure.
Pretty solid shocker issue. Felt very monster or bad guy of the week but it worked.
REALLY good start.
Basically Frieren is a elf, and she ages VERY slowly. And so we begin right as a 10 year adventure ended with a group of warriors and her. And she says her goodbyes. The next few chapters have her revisit them as they're much older and passing on. It has this almost bitterness to it, but sweet at the same time with wholesome feels of life and wanting to explore it with others. I really loved the overall feel of this manga, and while the last chapter felt a little weaker than the rest, I'm excited to read more soon.

Not sure if this series is for me.
I just can't seem to get attached to the main lead or any side characters. I mean some of the situations are fun, and I like the idea, but overall it's lacking that spark that works with romance/comedy mangas IMO. Still decent but think I'll stop here.

The Dangers in my heart gets even better!
Our two leads are getting close now. To the point where Ichikawa gets hurt and calls Yamada, who's in her regular around the house clothing, bit revealing, they get all "OH MY OH MY" and then Yamada meets his sister, and things get even more fun. I love this manga for it's slice of life feel but romantic feelings work well with these characters.

This volume gives a lot of context to the overall story thanks really to Aya.
Basically he says "People make mistakes, that's how life is. But it's not to late to fix things, right?" and that's very true. I forget sometimes these characters are high school and they're gonna make a lot of dumb choices. Futaba had enough of Kou back and forth and decides to go on a date with Toma. Of course it's weird, and then they start dating? But still feels wrong. At same time Kou finally breaks off his friendship with Narumi and that...doesn't go well.
Overall a pretty solid chapter all around. Also Yuri gets a boyfriend and that part is megafreakingcute.
