Another fun crossover.

I felt this one tried to raise the crazy part. Having our Power Rangers become mutant versions of themselves. Like actual dinosaurs that resembled their morphin powers. It was a bit much even if my inner 6 year old self thought was rad. I did enjoy the pacing and conversations with everyone, but overall the story didn't impact me like the first volume.

A solid opening chapter.

We get introduced to a ton of characters that's a bit hard to catch up. But Jamie's focus on helping his city is great, art is strong and energetic, and the villain is brutal and poor Ted...never catches a break. A 3 out of 5.

Another solid issue.

This series isn't changing too much but the fun dynamic with Bruce and Damien is good, Damien at school is pretty funny, and I enjoyed the ending. I have to say I love the art at some shots, other shots a bit over the top and doesn't match the dialogue.

The main story is fantastic. Captures the heart of supes and Clark with a scary new villain. The end of the Clark and Jon story is meh. The super boy story is atrocious. It completely negates the excellent mini that just ended and makes superbly a super dickhead. The writing is awful.

Nice to see Clark using his brains to win a fight here. A really fun issue, building up these new baddies in a interesting way, some great looking fight scenes, and overall a blast of a story.

Decent. Nice to see Yara's badass sexy self back in the picture. This basically is a companion piece to the current Wonder Woman run by Tom King. No one is liking Amazons right now and hunting them.

Far better than I expected. John isn't one of my favorites. He just comes across pretty boring if I'm being honest most of the time. However, here, we get a much more human version of him and one who's had enough of this bullshit while also just trying to take care of his mother who is very sick. Well balanced, human emotions, and a new interesting villain.

This might be one of my favorite titles going on right now.

John is trying to figure out the living situation for his Mom and these motherfuckers really pissing him off. Train fight, big reveal at the end, I'm in this series for sure.

Very fun first issue. Opens with Shazam helping a talking T-Rex. Then we get into the family Dynamic, and a kind of sudden and messed up ending. Overall I'm in for more!

Sadly though this one didn't work for me. The idea is pretty neat. People exploring into a pile of ashes is always intriguing. We want to know why though. And with the Stephen King like hook I was down to learn. However, the dialogue and way people talked felt like nobody was actually talking to each other, just making statements. It didn't flow naturally at all. On top of that while the art is simple and nice to look at, it can be confusing the structure of it following the story beat and I felt maybe it could have been just the overall direction of the book. The idea is great, but the actual story isn't nearly as interesting once reading sadly.
